Job Description
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes
from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery. Translate product requirements and user feedback into compelling, user-centered designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and culture. Conduct and synthesizemarket research
to identify user needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for product differentiation. Performcompetitive analysis
to benchmark user experiences, interface patterns, and feature sets of competitor products. Translate research insights into actionable design strategies and product features. Provide regular reports and presentations to product and leadership teams to inform business decisions. Stay current with industry developments, technology trends, and UX/UI best practices.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
