Position Overview

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will design

intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces

that enhance the experience across our digital products. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Translate

user needs and business goals

into elegant, intuitive design solutions Create

wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Design consistent

interfaces aligned with brand guidelines

Conduct

user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis

Collaborate with developers to ensure

smooth design implementation

Stay up to date with

UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Maintain and evolve

design systems, style guides, and component libraries

Requirements

3+ years of

UI/UX design experience

(web or mobile applications) Proficiency in

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools

Strong portfolio showcasing

UI design and UX problem-solving

Solid understanding of

user-centered design principles

and usability best practices Experience with

user testing, research, and wireframing

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in

agile development environments

Familiarity with

HTML/CSS/JavaScript

(basic understanding) Background in

healthtech, SaaS, or data-driven platforms

Experience with

medical dashboards or healthcare visualization
