Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer responsible for conducting user research, defining user personas and journeys, and creating intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will excel in prototyping, testing, and iterating on designs while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining consistency through established design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user personas, user journey maps, and process flows to guide design decisions. Design clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with product goals. Build interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and gather early feedback. Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights and data. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle. Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across all products. Deliver high-quality design assets and documentation for development teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong expertise in design and prototyping tools including

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

, and

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience using

InVision

or similar prototyping platforms. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles. Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user flows and interfaces. Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
