Key Responsibilities

Producing compelling and effective creative solutions Work iteratively on initial concepts, prototypes, and details designs informed by feedback, user research, marketplace, behaviour trends and platform capabilities Collaborate with design team to create solutions based on research and user insights, ensuring shared understanding with the team Promote best practices in UX and UI, interaction design, and visual design Articulate clear design requirements in a human-centered framework to uncover the problems to solve and devise elegant experiences and design solutions Facilitate concept and usability testing, ensuring constant feedback loops throughout development & Maintaining awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape

Key Requirements

4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role Demonstrate experience with end-to-end product design Deep knowledge of design principles and design patterns Portfolio and work samples including user-centered design skills, complex experiences such as flows, scenarios, personas, etc. (any fidelity), sketches to mid-fidelity interactions (show your process) and clickable or paper prototypes (any fidelity) Experience with Wireframing, Mockup, Prototyping and Design tools Comfortable facilitating design sessions to generate UX/UI related artifacts Experience designing for native iOS, Android and Web Demonstrable Experience with UI-UX tools like: Sketch, Figma, Miro, Maze and Adobe Creative Suite tools Experience working in an Agile environment e.g. Scrum Exposure to Git or similar version control systems Ability to tackle problems with a learning mindset Highly motivated and a strong team-player

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong collaboration skills
