Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to craft world-class interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile products. You'll work closely with product owners, developers, and marketing to translate ideas into elegant, user-centered designs that support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile apps: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals. Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing. Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation. Apply UX best practices to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and accessibility standards.

Preferred Plus

Experience designing for fintech, proptech, or blockchain/Web3 products. Ability to produce quick micro-animations or motion graphics & graphic design.

Illustration & Branding

Conceptualize and create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines. Develop and evolve brand identity systems, ensuring consistency across digital and print touchpoints.

Presentation Design

Produce high-impact pitch decks, sales presentations, and investor materials. Craft compelling storyboards and layouts that distill data and narratives into visually engaging slides.

UI/UX Design

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications: wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Coach and review work of junior/mid-level designers, fostering growth and elevating team output. Own design critiques and provide actionable feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Marketing to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and technical feasibility. Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to align design with development cycles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in illustration, presentation design, and UI/UX. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing: Custom illustrations and iconography High-impact presentations End-to-end UI/UX projects with user-centered outcomes Solid understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design best practices. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency a plus.
