Job Description

We are looking for a talented and imaginative UX/UI Designer to join us.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and visual appeal. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience principles, design software, and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define the user experience and design goals.
Research customers, competitors, and products
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
Design user-friendly and responsive interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure the highest standards of usability.
Work with developers to ensure product quality
Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the team.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a product-based company.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for digital products.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of user experience principles, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
