The Role We are currently seeking a dynamic, user centered UI/UX Designer. The role is a part of a collaborative and innovative design team and will be based in our Dubai Office. Qualification: BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field Experience: you should have 3 years experience with design software and wireframe tools. Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. The main responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
\xe2\x97\x8f Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. \xe2\x97\x8f Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. \xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products. \xe2\x97\x8f Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify design problems and optimize existing user interface designs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate effectively with the marketing team, and internal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
\xe2\x97\x8f Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
\xe2\x97\x8f Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
\xe2\x97\x8f Investigate and demonstrate understanding of the industry\xe2\x80\x99s most recent trends and innovations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas. Requirements and Desired Skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
\xe2\x97\x8f Portfolio of design projects
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
\xe2\x97\x8f Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
\xe2\x97\x8f Working knowledge of other commonly used technologies and softwares: Sketch, Visio and HTML
\xe2\x97\x8f A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
\xe2\x97\x8f Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal and and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs and suggestions
