Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner in product, design and development teams to deliver best-in-class product features.
• Produce high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive mock-ups in a quick, iterative and agile environment.
• Create and maintain design libraries, best practices and standards based on user behaviour.
• Collaborate with remote developers to review designs, discuss product features and implementation.
• Present deliverables to internal team and stakeholders while effectively communicating the thought process and strategies behind design decisions.
• Effectively manage time, prioritize designing features across multiple products in an agile environment.
• Design complex navigation flows, turn functional requirements into simple user journeys.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of UI/UX experience.
• Creativity and attention to details with hands-on experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI designer (portfolio required).
• Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD.
• Previous experience with B2B SaaS solutions is a plus (HRIS, Payroll, Tax or Payment Process companies will be preferred).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.
• Understand front-end development and the implementation process (no coding required).
