UI/UX Designer with Front-End Development expertise

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly website pages, landing pages, and CRM interfaces tailored for the real estate industry. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Convert designs into responsive front-end code using

pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

(no frameworks). Ensure seamless performance across desktop and mobile devices. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement and optimize UI/UX solutions. Conduct user testing and use insights to enhance usability and performance. Build and maintain a consistent design system and reusable UI components. Optimize pages for accessibility, SEO, and high performance. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices, especially in real estate digital experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development skills using

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

. A strong portfolio showcasing websites, dashboards, CRM interfaces, or real estate-related design work. Proficiency with design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop

. Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered workflows. Ability to translate business requirements into clean, functional, visually appealing interfaces. Outstanding attention to detail with pixel-perfect implementation. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for real estate websites, property listing platforms, or CRM systems. Understanding of real estate workflows (agents, brokers, sales pipelines). Experience working with marketing or product development teams.
