Position:

UI/UX Designer

Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly and engaging interfaces for our AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for translating wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity designs, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

Develop and maintain a consistent design system (colors, typography, iconography, etc.).

Design intuitive and engaging interactions and micro interactions.

Conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Ensure designs are accessible and adhere to WCAG guidelines.

Design responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and a user-centered approach.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Excellent visual design skills, including a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.

Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Experience in designing for responsiveness.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
