Job Description

We are looking for a creative UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines user interface and user experience design with strong visual and multimedia design skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences as well as compelling graphics and videos for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Design and optimize UI elements for websites and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of designs. Create a variety of digital assets, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, email templates, infographics, Sales and corporate presentations, case studies, and product datasheets Develop and maintain branding elements such as logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral. Design and develop custom, responsive websites that are optimized for SEO and performance. Develop and implement social media content strategies and manage content calendars. Support marketing initiatives with visual content for both online and offline campaigns. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials; develop and enforce branding guidelines. Edit and produce high-quality videos, including 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing purposes. Oversee digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools to maintain competitiveness in the digital space. Maintain a well-organized file management system for all design assets, ensuring version control and easy retrieval. Develop 3D visual assets, including graphics pages for BMS systems and 3D objects such as chillers and related equipment for engineering and energy applications. Manages creative and content needs across all departments and companies under Ignite Group

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and/or Graphic Designer. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar. Experience in creating presentations and motion graphics; video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency. Ability to understand business goals and translate them into creative design solutions. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs, graphic work, and any video or motion design projects is required.
