1.1. CLIENT wants to approach one onsite resource specialized in User Interface design and user experience.
1.2. THE BIDDER shall submit a one-year and three-year options commercial proposals.
1.3. The UX/UI Designer should be an analytical and creative designer who should be able to grasp user needs, design and improve user experience and user interface for digital platforms. Will work closely with product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user friendly, and visually appealing designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
1.4. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential and will be responsible for the following tasks:

1.6. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
1.7. Create personas through user research and data
1.8. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
1.9. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
1.11. Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
1.12. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
1.13. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
1.14. Conducting user research and testing
1.15. Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
1.16. Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software

1.17.1. User Research and Analysis:
1.17.2. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
1.17.3. Analyze user feedback and activity to identify areas for improvement.
1.17.4. Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide design decisions.
1.18. Design and Prototyping:
1.18.1.1. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
1.18.1.2. Develop high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
1.18.1.3. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
1.19. Usability Testing:
1.19.1.1.1. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs.
1.19.1.2. Analyze test results and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
1.20. Collaboration:
1.20.1.1.1. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
1.20.1.1.2. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
1.20.1.1.3. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

1.21. Qualifications:
1.21.1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and high standards.
1.22. In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
1.23. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to improve designs.
1.24. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders
1.25. Experience:
1.26. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
1.27. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and processes.
1.28. Skills:
1.28.1. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
1.28.2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
1.28.3. Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
1.28.4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
1.28.5. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

1.29. Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs for CLIENT's digital platforms.
1.30. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements.
1.31. Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of CLIENT's target audience.
1.32. Perform usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
1.33. Work closely with CLIENT's IT team, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals.
1.34. Communicate design rationale and incorporate feedback into iterative design processes.
1.35. Ensure designs adhere to WCAG and other relevant accessibility standards.
1.36. Maintain compliance with CLIENT's branding guidelines and security policies.
1.37. Provide comprehensive design documentation for developers.
1.38. Deliver assets, style guides, and specifications for seamless implementation
2. General requirements
2.1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and high standards.
