Job Description

The UiPath System Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the RPA development team to ensure automation solutions meet business needs efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Process Analysis

Work with business users to understand, analyze, and document existing business processes

Identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility using UiPath

Conduct process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews

Prepare process maps (AS-IS and TO-BE) and automation proposals

Requirements & Documentation

Gather functional and non-functional requirements for RPA solutions

Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

Define exception handling, business rules, and data requirements

Support preparation of Solution Design Documents (SDD) with developers

RPA Project Support

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and UiPath developers

Support developers during design and development phases

Participate in solution walkthroughs and design reviews

Assist in effort estimation and automation sizing

Testing & Deployment Support

Prepare test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Validate automation results against business requirements

Support production deployment and post-go-live stabilization

Governance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure adherence to RPA best practices and governance standards

Maintain documentation and change control records

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
