Job Title: UGC Campaign Manager - Arabic Speaking

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven UGC Campaign Manager to join our tech company. You will be responsible for developing and executing user-generated content campaigns that showcase our innovative tech products through authentic customer stories and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, and manage content creators and everyday users for UGC campaigns

- Develop relationships with micro and macro influencers in the tech space
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and content deliverables
- Communicate effectively with creators throughout the campaign process
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on ROI
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for UGC initiatives
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Build and maintain a database of creators and influencers for ongoing partnerships

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience working with tech products/brands preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools
