Job Description

Shall Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services on assigned equipment. Shall utilizing assigned equipment associated with petroleum distribution to provide fuel service for approved customers Documents all fuel issues, transfers, and receipts on the appropriate forms Must be familiar with the procedures, documents, and regulations for receiving, storing, and issuing of fuel products (JP8, Mogas, & Diesel). Performs Daily visual fuel samples and prepares monthly fuel samples to be submitted to the designated laboratory and documents the results Perform fuel transfers between tankers or storage tanks as needed Must perform gauging and accountability procedures of fuel products from the time received until final issue Takes emergency action to prevent harm to customers, coworkers, self, and facilities in the event of Fuel spillage or fire. Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned sweeping and trash removal from break rooms, Fuel storage, and retail areas. Performs other related tasks as directed.

Min 3 years of experience in handling Fuel Distribution System Min 12 grade mandatory Good English communication (written and oral) skills A valid driver's license Experience working in Petroleum Operations required Versatile in data management, compilation, and conversion using application software Strong interpersonal skills are required. Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment is required. Ability to prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload is required. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required. High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately is required. Work is generally conducted in an out-door environment. Duties will involve potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions. Work will on occasion involve stooping; prolonged standing, and prolonged sitting. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas, but not on a daily basis. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, vision and hearing protective devices. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published Company work rules.
