The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Business Unit and perform a variety of tasks. He/ She is responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers, answering phones and doing administrative work.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting visitors.
Answering Phone calls and handling company's emails in a professional way.
Preparing quotations and handling sales orders and LPOs.
Supporting sales persons with prices and required documentation.
Preparing and submitting reports as required.
In charge of office supplies, ordering from suppliers and managing employees' requests.
Keep records & data up to date.
Assist with HR Tasks including but not limited to, official documents and residency issuing and renewals, EOSS calculation, HR letters and payroll.
Performing other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
BA in Business, Management, Sociology or psychology, or any other related major.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional skills.
Can handle confidential information in a professional and private way.
Good communication and organization skills.
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
Arabic & English are a must,

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
