Job Description

Job Overview: The Regional Sales Partner in Business Transformation Consulting will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities within a specified region. This role requires a deep understanding of business transformation methodologies, as well as the ability to identify and engage potential clients, understand their transformation needs, and propose solutions that leverage Modus\' Enterprise Transformation Platform (ETP) and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: \xc2\xb7 Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients in the region. \xc2\xb7 Understand the specific business transformation needs of each client and propose tailored solutions using Modus\xe2\x80\x99 ETP. \xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region. 2. Consultative Approach: \xc2\xb7 Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and opportunities, especially in the context of digital transformation, operational efficiency, and organizational change. \xc2\xb7 Present and demonstrate the capabilities of the Modus ETP, emphasizing its benefits in driving successful business transformation. 3. Market Analysis and Strategy: \xc2\xb7 Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the region. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with Modus\xe2\x80\x99 overall business objectives. 4. Collaboration and Teamwork: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Modus\' product, marketing, and consulting teams to ensure cohesive client proposals and effective solution delivery. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with other Regional Sales Partners and the global sales team to share best practices and market insights. 5. Client Relationship Management: \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. \xc2\xb7 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement with Modus\xe2\x80\x99 solutions and services. 6. Training and Expertise: \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on the latest business transformation trends, methods, and Modus\xe2\x80\x99 platform updates. \xc2\xb7 Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the business transformation or consulting sector.
  • Strong understanding of business transformation concepts, digital transformation strategies, and organizational change management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Fluent in the regional language(s) and English.
Salary Information:
  • Please note the first 3-6 months of the role will be a commission-based model.
  • From there on, candidates should expect to receive \xc2\xa32500-\xc2\xa33000 GBP per month
