Job Description

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, leave management, and employee records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
