Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records

Emergency Response:

Respond efficiently and calmly in emergency situations, providing immediate care and initiating appropriate interventions.

Quality Improvement:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
