As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business development efforts by preparing competitive proposals and delivering compelling solutions to clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, project specifications, and scope of work.
- Assist in preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and project objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and engineers to gather technical inputs and incorporate them into proposals.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, and methodology.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED).
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering preferred).
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal software or tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
