Location: Dubai, UAE

An exciting opportunity is open for ambitious and career-driven UAE Nationals to join the Ethraa Graduate Program - a structured, fully paid training journey developed by the Central Bank and delivered by the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF).
Program Highlights:

Ethraa Program: A prestigious initiative by the Central Bank of the UAE, focused on preparing the next generation of Emirati banking professionals
Training is split between:
60% classroom training at EIF in Dubai
40% on-the-job learning at a partnering financial institution

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM at EIF
Friday: Self-learning (remote)
Includes a hybrid model with self-study and remote sessions
Paid opportunity - salary provided throughout the program
