*UAE Nationals Only* We are seeking Leadership and Activities Supervisor for a reputable university in the UAE. *Primary Functions* The Student Leadership and Activities Supervisor is crucial in fostering a lively and diverse campus community. Their responsibilities include coordinating a variety of events, workshops, and programs that empower students to cultivate vital leadership skills, appreciate cultural diversity, and promote personal development. With a dedicated emphasis on enhancing experiences outside traditional classroom settings, this role creates a dynamic atmosphere where students have the opportunity to discover their capabilities, establish meaningful connections, and embark on transformative journeys of self-exploration. *Qualifications and Experience* -Bachelor\'s Degree in business administration or education. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role. -Preferred experience in a higher education setting. *Knowledge and Skills* -Fluent written and spoken English skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. *Benefits* -Education Allowance, Health Insurance.
