Job Description
As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement and supply chain functions of the organization. - Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, and purchase order creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our operations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost targets.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, forecasting, and optimization to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure effective communication.
- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
