Reporting Line: multiple reporting lines according to rotation schedule
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (2 years)
Conditions: shortlisted candidate need to have a UAE family book (khulasat alqaid)
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mission
Throughout the graduate program, the candidate will be rotated in various departments within our Dubai or Abu Dhabi Branch. The program is run over 2 years. Each rotation will be for three months where the candidate will be having a supervisor working closely with.
Direct Responsibilities
The candidate will be provided with a list of tasks upon the beginning of each rotation.

Competencies, Experience and skills:
Passion for working in the banking sector Strong communications skills Knowledge of MS Office Education (Bachelor Degree) Ability to work independently (Nice to have)
Mandatory Requirements:
Fresh Graduate with banking and finance related major * Language (English and Arabic)
