Job Description

Handle Visa Applications

: Prepare and submit applications for employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID, and medical tests as per UAE labor laws.

Coordinate with PRO / Government Portals

: Liaise with the company PRO and use UAE government platforms (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA) to ensure smooth visa processing.

Maintain Employee Records

: Create, update, and organize employee files (both physical and digital), including passports, visas, IDs, contracts, and certificates.

Renewal & Cancellation

: Track expiry dates and process timely visa renewals, labor card renewals, and visa cancellations for resigned/terminated employees.

Document Compliance

: Ensure all HR documents meet legal requirements and company standards (e.g., signed contracts, offer letters, NOCs, etc.).

Leave & Attendance Records

: Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, sick days, absences, and update HRMS accordingly.

Medical Insurance Coordination

: Enroll new employees in medical insurance, process additions/removals, and manage renewals with insurance providers.

Reporting

: Prepare periodic reports on visa status, employee count, document expiries, and HR compliance for management.

Onboarding Support

: Assist in the onboarding process by collecting documents, issuing IDs, and ensuring all necessary records are complete.

Audit Readiness

: Ensure employee files are audit-ready at all times with complete and updated documentation in line with UAE labor regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
