In line with our growth, we are seeking a dedicated part-time Finance Analyst to join our team.Role Summary:As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and accounting, and contributing to the efficiency of our stock and sales management processes. Your expertise will support our financial stability and help streamline operations, enabling us to focus on our core mission of delivering exceptional fashion choices to our customers.Role could be done hybrid (remotely + fixed time in shop).Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.2. Perform bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to, recording transactions, preparing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.3. Conduct stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy across our retail and online platforms.4. Input data into our all-in-one stock and sales management system, ensuring precise tracking of sales and inventory levels.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses that contribute to strategic decision-making.5. Collaborate with the team to identify financial trends and recommend improvements to business processes.
