Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Air Conditioner (AC) Sales Manager to lead our market expansion and sales efforts in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in the AC industry, capable of driving growth, managing distributor relationships, and executing effective market strategies. Fluency in Arabic is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution Management:

• Actively support and guide distributors in expanding and strengthening their sales networks.
• Achieve and exceed the annual AC sales targets for the UAE market.
• Monitor and control market pricing to ensure brand consistency and profitability.
• Develop a deep understanding of the UAE's retail and re-export business dynamics.

Marketing & Product Development:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for UAE AC distributors.
• Successfully launch and introduce new AC products to the market, ensuring maximum visibility and uptake.

Training & After-Sales Support:

• Conduct effective training sessions for customers and secondary distributors on product features and sales techniques.
• Oversee and provide robust after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the AC industry, with specific and proven experience in the UAE market.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in Arabic (verbal and written). Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Distributor Management: Demonstrated ability to train, support, and manage distributors and their networks.
• Market Knowledge: A strong and practical understanding of the UAE's retail landscape and re-export business.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
