Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process documents
related to labor contracts, employment visas, work permits, and other government transactions.
Accurately type and format
official documents, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
Use government portals
(e.g., MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA) to submit applications and track progress.
Liaise with government authorities
and ensure timely processing of all transactions.
Verify documents
to avoid errors and delays in approvals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of labor and immigration laws to ensure compliance.
Handle confidential information
with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Typist
or
Document Controller
in a
labor and immigration services
setting.
Proficiency in
government e-services platforms
(MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Amer, Tasheel, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and fast typing speed.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
