Job Description

We are looking for a fast, accurate, and service-oriented

Typist

with experience in handling a wide range of

UAE government services

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and typing applications related to

Emirates ID (EIDA), RTA, DED, Medical Typing, Certificate Attestation, Visa Services

, and other government-related documentation. You will interact with customers directly and ensure all applications are completed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with UAE government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Accurately type and process government applications and forms, including:

Emirates ID (EIDA) applications and renewals

RTA services

(vehicle registration, driving license, fine payments)

DED (Department of Economic Development)

trade license applications/renewals

Medical typing

for visa processing

Certificate attestation

(educational, personal, commercial)

Visa applications

(new, renewal, cancellation)

Immigration and Labour services

Review documents for completeness and correctness before submission. Provide guidance to customers on required documents and procedures. Submit applications through relevant UAE government portals (e.g., ICA, MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, RTA). Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE government standards. Maintain updated knowledge of government rules, policies, and service fees. Maintain records and logs of daily processed applications. Provide excellent customer service and support in a professional manner.
