Key Responsibilities
Prepare, type, and format all
labor and immigration documentation
, including:
Employment contracts
Visa applications
Labor approvals
Immigration forms
Offer letters and NOC letters
Enter and update data in
TASHEEL, TAWJEEH, TAWKHEER, MOHRE
, and
ICP/Immigration portals
.
Ensure all documents comply with the latest
UAE government regulations and requirements
.
Maintain and organize employee files and government-related records.
Coordinate with PROs and HR department for timely submission of applications.
Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Handle typing tasks for trade license renewals, establishment cards, and related services.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in typing
labor and immigration work
within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
MOHRE
and
ICP
systems.
Fast and accurate typing skills in English (Arabic typing is an advantage).
Familiarity with government documentation for visa processing, company formation, and employee onboarding.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a
typing center

business setup company

PRO service firm
.
Basic knowledge of HR procedures related to visas and labor contracts.
Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
