Job Summary
The Typist will be responsible for accurately typing, processing, and submitting UAE government applications, with
mandatory hands-on experience in Emirates ID and medical fitness/medical typing procedures
, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and timely customer service.Key Responsibilities
Process and type
Emirates ID applications
(new, renewal, replacement, updates) Handlemedical fitness / medical test typing
and related procedures Type and submit visa, residency, labor, and immigration-related applications Work onICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, and approved medical fitness systems
Verify documents and ensure data accuracy before submission Track application status and resolve rejections or errors Assist customers with requirements, timelines, and procedures Maintain confidentiality of customer information Keep accurate transaction recordsMandatory Requirements
Proven experience in Emirates ID typing
Proven experience in medical fitness / medical typing procedures
Prior experience as anAMER / TAS-HEEL typist
Proficiency inArabic and English typing
Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and regulationsSkills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Excellent typing speed and accuracy Strong attention to detail Customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Computer literacy (MS Office, scanning, printing)
Preferred
Certification or authorization to use AMER / TAS-HEEL systems Experience with corporate and individual government services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
