Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED)
system.
Key Responsibilities:
Typing and processing applications for trade licenses (new, renewal, amendment, cancellation).
Preparing required documents and forms for DED transactions.
Managing online submissions and payments through the DED portal.
Coordinating with clients to gather accurate information and required documents.
Staying up to date with the latest DED regulations and procedures.
Providing guidance and support to clients regarding business setup and licensing services.
Requirements:
Nationality:
Only UAE Nationals (????? ???) and Comorian Nationals.
Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with
DED transactions
.
Language:
Fluent in Arabic; basic English is a plus.
Strong knowledge of
DED portal and procedures
.
Fast and accurate typing skills in Arabic.
Customer service-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
