Act as the main point of contact between the organization and various government authorities in UAE, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development (DED), and others as required.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain records to demonstrate adherence to legal standards.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion to maintain trust and credibility.Facilitate and manage all aspects of immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residency permits.
Support HR functions related to employee onboarding, offboarding and other employee-related services such as Golden Visa, Dependent Visa, Domestic Worker Visa, etc.
Assisting PR team with various government-related responsibilities.
Processing visa applications, work permits via MOHRE applications, GDRFA, ICA & Freezone portals.
Stay updated on UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients, employees, and management.
Collaborate with legal counsel and government agencies to resolve any immigration-related issues or challenges.
Assisting with the preparation of required documentation and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all immigration documents are properly filed and organized.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in immigration management.
Assisting in License New / Renewal, License Amendment, License Upgrade and License Cancellation.
Provide training and support to PR teams and employees on immigration matters.
Handle any other immigration-related tasks or projects as assigned.
GPSSA guidelines (Emirati Nationals Pension Scheme) & Labor Card processing of Emirati National employees.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
