This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to manage time-sensitive paperwork efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately type, format, and prepare Arabic documents, letters, and official communications.
Handle labor and visa applications, forms, and related paperwork with precision.
Maintain and update employee records, visa statuses, and document archives.
Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities regarding labor and visa procedures.
Assist with various administrative tasks to support smooth labor and immigration processing.
Requirements:
Excellent Arabic typing skills (high speed and accuracy).
Prior experience with labor laws, visa systems, and work permit procedures is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Previous experience in administrative or documentation roles is an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
