Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for typing documents, transcribing audio recordings, entering data into databases, and performing general administrative duties with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



Type and format documents, reports, correspondence, and other written materials Transcribe audio recordings into written text Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases Proofread and edit typed documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems Assist with other administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and photocopying Ensure confidentiality and security of all information handled

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus Proven experience as a typist, data entry clerk, or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and typing software Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended speed: 50+ WPM) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:



UAE work experience, especially in a legal, HR, or government services environment Familiarity with Arabic typing and UAE-specific document formats (e.g., labor contracts, visa applications)
Salary AED 2500 - 3000 and other Allowance as per UAE Labor Law
