Key Responsibilities
Typing and processing applications in
MOHRE, TAMM, DED, Notary, CICPA
, and other relevant portals.
Supporting business setup services, licensing, and compliance documentation.
Handling typing for contracts, agreements, government forms, and legal documents.
Managing submissions, approvals, and renewals across different government departments.
Coordinating with clients for required documents and ensuring service completion.
Maintaining accurate digital and physical records in
CRM / ERP systems
.
Providing client support and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Assisting in administrative and PRO-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
as a Typist in business setup or PRO services.
Strong working knowledge of
MOHRE, TAMM, DED, Notary, and CICPA
procedures.
Familiarity with
business setup services
and UAE compliance requirements.
Proficiency in
CRM / ERP systems
.
Strong English communication skills (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to deal directly with clients and handle documentation efficiently.
