Key Responsibilities:Typing Officer Duties:
Type and prepare applications for
MOHRE
services including employment contracts, labor cards, offer letters, cancellation forms, etc.
Submit online applications via
MOHRE / Tas-heel
platforms accurately and within required timeframes.
Format and print official documentation as per UAE labor and immigration standards.
Maintain accurate records of all typed and submitted applications.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Liaise with
MOHRE
,
GDRFA
,
ICA
,
Emirates ID Authority
, and
other UAE government departments
to process employee visas, labor contracts, renewals, cancellations, and other related documents.
Keep updated on changes in labor and immigration regulations and advise management accordingly.
Assist employees and HR in document-related queries and government-related formalities.
Track and ensure timely renewals of labor contracts, residency visas, Emirates ID, and company licenses.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a Typing Center or similar role in the UAE.
Strong working knowledge of
MOHRE
,
Tas-heel
,
E-Channel
, and other UAE government portals.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and online government systems.
Must be currently based in
Abu Dhabi
and familiar with local government processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working under a
MOHRE contract
or in a
Typing Center / Government Services Office
.
Diploma or certification in Typing, Administration, or Government Relations.
