Job Description
Job Summary:
The TV Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining televisions and related devices. This role requires technical skills, problem-solving, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and set up TVs and related equipment. Diagnose and fix TV issues using appropriate tools. Perform repairs, such as screen replacements and power supply fixes. Provide maintenance tips and explain repairs to customers. Keep accurate records of services and parts used. Follow safety guidelines and provide basic troubleshooting support.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in electronics is a plus. Experience in TV repair and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
Travel to customers' locations for on-site repairs. Comfortable working indoors, possibly in tight spaces. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
