TV MEDIA, ARABIC, DUBAI
With the continued death of conventional TV assured, we are working with a leading video streaming platform, who offer a subscription service across over 15 Middle East and Asia country markets. They are now seeking a new Group Legal Adviser to be based in Dubai, reporting to a General Counsel based in Asia.
ROLE: Your primary role will be to support the digital media business units and senior management team, across a wide range of delivery projects and day to day commercial matters. Examples of work will include, drafting commercial agreements for acquisition, production and distribution, M&A, IP and regulatory.

- You'll need 5+ years of experience, with a focus into general corporate and commercial work.
- In-house or private practice media experience will be very much sought after.
- Arabic language skills will be essential.
- Whilst the role will be based in Dubai, you can come from anywhere.
