Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

TV Channel Scheduling Coordinator

to join our broadcast operations team at

evision

in Dhaid, Sharjah.
In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate

daily and weekly channel schedules

across all evision and e& platforms. You'll work closely with the programming, traffic, and technical teams to make sure the right content airs at the right time -- with correct titles, timings, and episode details reflected across all platforms.

This role suits someone with strong coordination, data management, and media operations skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update

daily, weekly, and monthly broadcast schedules

for evision channels. Coordinate with

programming, promo, and traffic teams

to ensure accurate playlist planning and version management. Verify and update program information (titles, descriptions, episode numbers, durations, and timings). Identify and correct scheduling or data errors before playout. Maintain accurate logs and reports of all schedule updates and changes. Assist in resolving technical or operational issues related to channel scheduling or program data. Generate regular reports on scheduling accuracy and on-air performance for management. Follow company standards for broadcast data handling and workflow quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Media, Broadcasting, or IT

(or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience

in channel scheduling, media operations, or broadcast coordination. Good understanding of

TV workflows

and

content scheduling systems

.

Technical & Core Skills

Experience using

broadcast scheduling or automation software

(e.g., Broadcast Master, What'sOn, or similar). Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and database tools. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communicator with good teamwork and time management abilities.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,700.00 per month
