Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Math and Science Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to students across multiple curricula, including American, British, IB, and other international programs. The ideal candidate will inspire critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry in a dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Math and Science lessons aligned with curriculum standards (American, British, IB, etc.). Teach a variety of topics in Mathematics (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics) and Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science). Design lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Encourage students to apply scientific and mathematical concepts through experiments, projects, and real-world applications. Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture focused on growth, respect, and academic achievement. Assess, record, and report on students' progress regularly, providing feedback to students and parents. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests. Integrate technology effectively into teaching practices (use of interactive boards, online learning platforms, simulations, etc.). Attend academic meetings, workshops, professional development sessions, and parent conferences as required. Prepare students for standardized exams, internal assessments, and external competitions if applicable. Maintain accurate and complete records of student attendance, grades, and other required documents. Support the school's values, vision, and educational mission.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Teaching certification/license is highly preferred (or equivalent recognized teaching qualification). Minimum [Insert Years, e.g., 2-5] years of experience teaching Math and Science subjects. Experience teaching in multiple curriculum systems (e.g., American Common Core, British IGCSE/A-Levels, IB MYP/DP) is highly desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Proficiency in using educational technology tools (Google Classroom, MS Teams, Edmodo, etc.). Commitment to continuous professional growth and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

Experience preparing students for international assessments (SAT, ACT, IGCSE, IB Exams). Innovative teaching strategies and creative lesson design. Ability to teach cross-curricular STEM projects. Culturally sensitive and able to work in an international school environment.
