Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Provide information about the venue, menu, and services
Maintain smooth guest flow during busy hours
Handle basic computer tasks such as reservations, emails, and reports
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Requirements:
Must currently be based in Dubai
Fluent in Turkish and English
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
Able to use basic computer tools and software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
