About Tumoohy:
Tumoohy ????? is AbbVie's Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 18-24-month rotational journey.
Participants gain hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie , building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
We are currently accepting applications for ?our tracks: Commercial, Medical, HR, and Finance.
Program Tracks & Rotations
1. Commercial Track
For candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field with a strong interest in commercial roles.
Rotations include:

• Field Sales
• Marketing
• Customer Excellence
• Market Access
• Regulatory Affairs
• Ethics & Compliance (OEC)
• Quality Assurance

2. Medical Track
For candidates with Science or medical backgrounds (biomedical sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, life sciences, etc.).
Rotations include:

• Medical Affairs
• Patient Safety
• Pharmacovigilance
• Evidence Generation

3. HR Track
For candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.
Rotations include:

• Business HR Support
• Talent Acquisition
• HR Operations

4. Finance Track
For candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or any relevant field, with an interest in building foundational experience in Finance.
Rotations include:

• Credit & Collections
• Accounting
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book
• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Strong interest in the chosen track
• Ability to commit to a full-time onsite role in Dubai
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
