Stationed in Dubai, the successful candidate will manage tugboat crew operations, vessel maintenance, and ensure full compliance with maritime laws and safety standards. This position supports logistics activities across port services and offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate tugboats for vessel towing, berthing, and unberthing
• Lead and supervise the tug crew to ensure seamless marine operations
• Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on tugboats
• Coordinate closely with port control and terminal operators
• Enforce company safety protocols and international maritime regulations
• Respond to emergencies and assist in salvage operations if required
• Maintain accurate logbooks and operational records

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience operating tugboats in commercial or offshore settings
• Sound knowledge of maritime rules, navigation, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage crew operations effectively
• Skilled in vessel maintenance and emergency procedures
• Valid maritime certifications and qualifications relevant to tug operations
• Prior experience in offshore energy or port services is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of performing duties in a dynamic, on-site marine environment
