Job Description
Tuber Machine Operator
(2 vacancies)Education:
High school diploma or vocational/technical certification in mechanical or industrial fields (preferred)Experience:
Experience in operating tuber or similar packaging/converting machines (preferred)Role:
Operates, monitors, and maintains tuber machines for producing multiwall cement paper bags. Ensures smooth operation, quality, and compliance with production standards.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor tuber machine as per specifications Set up parameters (size, length, glue application, cutting, printing) Inspect raw materials (kraft paper, glue) and finished tubes Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs Ensure proper alignment, folding, and pasting Handle knife making and setting Record daily reports (output, waste, downtime) Coordinate with maintenance and QC teams Follow safety, 5S, and housekeeping practicesQualifications & Skills:
Experience with tuber/packaging machines Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, adhesives Strong attention to quality control Good communication and teamwork skillsSalary & Benefits:
Salary (final as per CV and selection) + Overtime Food allowance: Included in salary Accommodation: Provided by company (bachelor sharing) Transportation: Provided (camp to factory) Contract: 3 years Other benefits: As per Qatar Labour Law
