Nord Anglia International School Dubai

NAS Dubai is a purpose built \'flagship school\' generously resourced with a whole school enrolment of over 2860. This equates to 1620 in the primary school and 1240 in the secondary school. Our curriculum is based upon the legacy of the English National Curriculum adapted to the local environment leading up to GCSE at KS4 and on to the IB Diploma programme and A Levels at KS5. Our GCSE results consistently significantly surpass the world average, with 50% of students achieving A**-*, 9-8 over the last three years (World Average 27.6%). About the role

The Trips and Operations Coordinator is responsible for the administration and monitoring of finances of school trips across both primary and secondary school. Working closely with the Deputy Head and main Trip Organisers (teachers) along with Finance, IT and Marketing & Communications to ensure all trip information is up to date at all times.

About you

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• Detailed Knowledge of the relevant aspects of the National Curriculum for England, UK and IBDP
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of assessment and how to interpret and use the data
• Computer Literacy: an effective user of ICT, in particular Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel; skilled in CRM and ISAMS
• Motivation, curiosity and intellect to glean and understand key information about the Company\'s activity and commercial intentions
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Native English speaker
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Inter-personal skills
• Able to prioritize tasks, use time effectively and work to tight schedules
• Should be self-driven and confident
• Should have a positive personality with lots of energy

This is a full-time position, starting from 1st February 2024. Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
