Treasury Specialist

Job Description
- Responsible for carrying out daily reporting activities, dealing with banks and assisting the Treasury Manager in cash and liquidity management.
- Execute all import and export documentation such as letters of credit, shipping guarantees, and import/export bills.
- Act as point of contact with all banks and suppliers; Maintain banking relationships.
- Make sure documents are correct and confirm discrepancies with trade finance in banks.
- Submit periodic reports to comply with corporate audit requirements.
- Maintain all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers for reference in communication with bank, client supplier and other stakeholders.
Personal Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good analytical and decision-making skills
Technical Skills
- SWIFT authorization of payments.
- Execute the issuance of letters of credit through all banks within
- Execute the issuance of letters of grantees through all banks
- Follow-up on financial proceedings and ensure tasks are
- completed on schedule.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or any equivalent certificate.
