APS Resources International is looking for Chinese Speaking Treasury Manager for UAE brunch of the mining company. The position is open in Dubai office. Job description: Payments - Daily payment instruction preparation, verification of execution and reconciliation to bank account movement; - Daily payment plan maintenance and its presentation for approval to Head of Treasury, managing database of payment details and contracts with several parties, including group companies etc; - Daily group company balance monitoring and intercompany payment preparation, various documentation handling in order to maintain a working database; Petty cash - Daily management petty cash for various group companies, safekeeping, cash transactions with employees; - Monthly preparation of petty cash reports for accounting; Administrative expenses - Daily collection of administrative expense invoices, document exchange with accounting department; - Bi-monthly verification of invoices submitted for payment by accounting department and forwarding payment instructions to the banks Other treasury projects - Daily communication with banks on matters related to payment process, payment cards and various queries; daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments; - Daily involvement in Trade finance transactions; - Assistance with bank documentation preparation; - Assistance and backup with preparing detailed cash flow reports on several intergroup companies on daily basis for presentation to the Management; - Updating various data in the system - cash balances, projects bank accounts, etc; - Managing credit card and reimbursement reporting for employees of the company and it\xe2\x80\x99s branches; - Executing small tasks per instructions from the management and preparing and updating various reports on payments. Requirements: - Higher education in Finance or equivalent. - 3 years+ of relevant work experience at similar positions in International trading companies. - Experience in communication with the banks. - Experience in Treasury work. - Good standard on communication, both written and oral in English.
