Job Summary:
The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations financial activities related to cash flow, banking, investments, and risk management. This role ensures that the companys financial resources are effectively managed to support operational and strategic objectives.

The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations financial activities related to cash flow, banking, investments, and risk management. This role ensures that the companys financial resources are effectively managed to support operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity across business units.
- Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and monitor actual performance against forecasts.
- Oversee all treasury operations, including bank account management, payments, receipts, and intercompany transactions.
- Maintain and develop banking relationships; negotiate terms and fees with financial institutions.
- Monitor and manage companys debt and investment portfolios.
- Implement and manage treasury policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Manage bank facilities, loans, foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, tax, and legal teams to support corporate initiatives.
- Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for senior management and board-level stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and banking practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in multinational or multi-currency environments.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365).
- Fluency in Arabic.
