Description Duties & Responsibilities:- Coordinates the printing, signing, sealing and distribution of payroll and accounts Payable checks for the University System. Receives accounts receivable receipts and prepares system wide statement of income. Maintains and reconciles a cash box to insure the availability of cash and the appropriate Recording of internal campus cash transactions Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED equivalent; & some previous accounting Experiences: 5 years experience in the same field
